Phase 1 — Align (Weeks 1–12)

Phase 2 — Integrate (Weeks 13–24)

This is where understanding becomes visceral knowing. You explore what safety feels like in your body, where your beliefs are quietly running the show, and how to nourish yourself in ways that go far deeper than what’s on your plate.

Phase 3 — Embody (Weeks 25–36)

Mary Jane

Mary Jane is a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), an Integrative Health & Wellness Coach, the founder of Trilateral Transformation, and the host of The Tending Hour podcast.

Her work is grounded in a belief she returns to again and again: that tending to yourself — honestly, wholly, across all three dimensions of who you are — is essential to living an authentically connected life.
