Meet Your Coach

Welcome — I’m so glad you’re here!

I created Trilateral Transformation™ with a simple belief: when we care for the spiritual, physical, and relational dimensions of our lives, we create the conditions for real and lasting change. Integrative Health & Wellness Coaching brings these three pillars together, honoring the wholeness of your experience and supporting you in becoming the most aligned version of yourself.

Why the Three Pillars?

Through years of personal and professional experience, I have seen that we thrive when our spiritual life, physical habits, and relationships are all nourished. When one pillar is neglected, the others strain. When all three are strengthened, transformation becomes natural and self-sustaining.

My Philosophy

My coaching style is grounded, intuitive, evidence-based, and profoundly client-centered. I believe:

  • You are the expert on your own life.

  • Your goals matter.

  • Your pace matters.

  • Your story matters.

Coaching should feel like a collaborative journey — one where you feel seen, supported, and guided without judgment or pressure.

How I Work

Each session begins with your goals, not mine. You decide what we explore and the direction we move. My role is to:

  • Help you gain clarity

  • Reflect what you might not yet see

  • Support you in identifying aligned goals

  • Break down change into manageable, life-giving steps

  • Hold you gently accountable

  • Celebrate your progress

This is a partnership that honors your autonomy and capacity.

You are worthy of a life that feels balanced, meaningful, connected, and grounded in well-being. If you feel drawn to this work, I would be honored to walk beside you.
